Lixil ERA Chugoku-Shikoku National Convention
Our annual in-house tournament was held in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. The venue was the Ehime Prefectural Cultural Center, with a spacious stage and wonderful stage direction, and we performed at the opening. After the performance, we received very kind words from the participants, such as "I was excited by a performance like I'd never seen before, and I was engrossed from start to finish!" and "Not only the performance, but the entire stage was a work of art." This time, at the request of the organizers, we drew Matsuyama Castle, which is also the tournament logo.

Osaka Expo 2025 VIP Reception Party
In April 2025, the Osaka Expo will be held, and an opening event was held at the venue, and in the evening, a reception party for related parties was held at the Hotel New Otani in Osaka City. Following the kabuki performance at the beginning, we performed a calligraphy performance on stage as the second part. This time, there were participants from all over the world, and the song incorporated Japanese culture, and we wrote a picture of the cherry blossom, a symbol of Japanese beauty, and the character "dream" in reference to Yumeshima, the site of the Expo. Governor Yoshimura of Osaka Prefecture, consuls general from various countries, and Japan Pavilion Ambassador Norika Fujiwara, who were watching from the front row of the venue, said, "I couldn't take my eyes off what was being written from start to finish!" and "It was a very beautiful performance."

Collaborative event with the Consulate General of Japan in Dubai
This was a collaborative event between the Japanese Consulate and Sharjan Publishing City, held at the Free Zone in the Sharjan district next to Dubai. It was a collaboration between a shakuhachi master, Kyle, and a calligraphy performance, and was an event to promote Japanese culture, incorporating a performance of writing poetry to match the shakuhachi music. The locals were very interested in the original style of performance, not the usual calligraphy, and many shouted out things like "amazing! Beautiful". After the performance, we also wrote the guests' names in kanji and hiragana, which was well received.
